Terms & Conditions
By paying and completing an order with TO DO DESIGNS you agree to all of the following Terms and Conditions.
The copyright in all works supplied by TO DO DESIGNS will remain with TO DO DESIGNS In the event of you supplying us with artwork, you warrant that you have the copyright or licence in that image or the written permission of the copyright owner to use the photograph. Under no circumstances will TO DO DESIGNS be responsible for any copyright issues arising as a result of you supplying us with any image or artwork in breach of copyright.
Right to refuse
TO DO DESIGNS hold the right to refuse work which is deemed of very low quality or in contradiction with our business morals and principles. This may include but is not limited to: poor artwork, immoral or illegal materials.
TO DO DESIGNS prices are competitive, however we reserve the right to alter these without notice.
TO DO DESIGNS do not operate a credit facility. All orders of art products need to be paid for prior to production. TO DO DESIGNS accept paypal payments or personnel cheque which can be made out to P G Matchett and sent to To Do Designs 213 Chanterlands Avenue, Hull, HU5 3TP. United Kingdom.
TO DO DESIGNS carry out in-house work. However, we reserve the right to sub-contract your work if we deem it suitable or necessary.
TO DO DESIGNS cannot cancel works which have been initiated and paid for.
The completed work
TO DO DESIGNS will do their best to give you a product as representative of your chosen colour matches as possible. However, under no circumstances will TO DO DESIGNS be responsible for variation in colour caused by inaccurate colour calibration of purchaser’s computer equipment. Our discretion is final.
We will do our best to deliver your products in the quickest possible time without sacrificing quality. TO DO DESIGNS do not have any control over Royal Mail or courier companies. Some deliveries may be delayed due to your location, accidents or local disruptions. In these instances, TO DO DESIGNS will not be liable for any consequential loss. Please ensure that you CHECK your delivery before signing for it. TO DO DESIGNS will not accept liability for missing or damaged items unless this is brought to the attention of the delivery company. Please do not sign for your goods until you have physically checked them and are satisfied that they are in perfect condition.
Loss or damage
TO DO DESIGNS shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to your product during transport beyond the value of the invoice and what you have paid us. We do insure our parcels but a refund for damage or loss is in the hands of the courier company.
By making a purchase from TO DO DESIGNS, you agree to allow TO DO DESIGNS to showcase or feature the product on their web site or any other related web sites or in promotional literature.
Refunds and Returns
We are sure that you will be delighted with your TO DO DESIGNS. Because each piece is completely unique and made to order we are unable to offer refunds on items that are unwanted and we do not pay for return postage. However, when your art is delivered, if you think that you’ve made the wrong choice and your colours don’t quite match, we are able to offer you a credit note if you return your item to us. This will be for the value of the artwork excluding delivery.
