Caravan Genie commissioned Todo Designs to come up with some designs here is the final agreed design. For the print process we used latex inks onto gloss vinyl and then matt laminated to make it easy to read and have less shine.
This was installed by one person using magnets to hold the vinyl graphics in place on the van panels. Then part of the grease proof backing was remove to apply the vinyl which has an adhesive backing. Then using a squeegee it was applied from the middle to the outside being careful to push out all the air bubbles, leaving a smooth matt finish.
Here’s the van vinyl graphic on the side panel which measures 4100mm in length by 800mm in height aprox. Todo Designs measured and designed this graphic to fit around the gaps of the sliding side door so the text can be easily read.
